I just weighed myself and I am under 300!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 298 to be exact. That is a 10 lbs loss since I left the hospital 5 days ago!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have not been under 300 lbs in over 20 years!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am loving my sleeve!!!!!!!

So often times it happens, that we live our lives in chains, and we never even know we have the key!!
