full Liquids....

I don't think my sleeve likes full liquids.

The couple of sips I have had just landed in my mini tummy like a ton of bricks!!!!

This is exactly how I felt... it seemed as though I couldn't be able to ever have food again, let alone protein shakes...

It does get better!! Keep drinking your water.

i have one more week left of liquids and i can't wait for my one meal of mushy foods. i feel so empty, physically. and tired. one.more.week.
