sleeve done 8-11-11

Dr. Bellanger did my vertical sleeve surgery.  He did a great job.  I am so excited to see the weight fall off and get my diabetes under control.  I am starting back to aerobics as soon as I can.  I always loved it. This is going to be so exciting!!!!

Congratulations on the start of a new journey.  I am confident that you will have your sugar controlled very soon.  Keep in mind that during our weighloss journey we may reach stalls and platues.  When those things happen just hang in there and continue to follow your nutritionists instructions.  Once you cross that bridge you will continue to lose.  Later on it may happen again but keep on hanging in there and you will reach all your goals.

Thanks, I have already lost 28 lbs but it seems like I am like in a bit of a stall, but I am not stressed about it.  I know I will continue to lose.
