Iron levels should be up
While cleaning up my backyard, I stuck an old rusty piece of rebar wire through my finger....I'm fairly confident some little pieces of rust stuck inside there.....so I figure my iron levels should be good for a few weeks lol...
cleaned it up good and got a tetanus shot last night just in case....its nasty looking with a piece of finger meat hanging out....
