Today is my One Year Surgiversary !!!

This has been the best and healthiest year of my life. The goal I set for myself for my 1 year surgiversary was to lose 110 pounds. DrumRoll Please.............. I hit that goal yesterday. I cant believe I did it with one day to spare. If I can do this, anybody can do this. My highest weight was 295 and it is now 185. My next goal is to lose another 35 pounds in the next year. Im sure I can do this as long as stick to my plan. Iv exercised consistently 4-6 days a week since one month out of surgery and still stick to the low carb high protein diet 90% of the time. If theres a birthday party I have cake, but Im not buying it to keep around the house. My grocery shopping has completely changed over the year. The weird part is that I have actually come to love the foods that I eat now and crave them. Before surgery the only thing I craved was fastfood and carbs. I am so relieved to be rid of that MOST of the time. Anyone with doubts about this surgery I say go for it. It has changed mine and my husbands life. Absolutely no regrets. I will put up an updated picture later. I think it has been since 6m that Iv updated a photo.

I too have consistently exercised and while I don't diet, I have changed my habits over this past year gradually.

You will be successful girl!
