1st outing
I went to a wedding Saturday, it's really the 1st time out socially since I had my surgery 90 days ago. And I filled my plate like I normally would. Same old mind set. I can't believe I filled my plate like I did. When does this go away? Of course I only ate 1 bite of this & that & then I was stuffed. Tricia
That's the beauty of the sleeve, isn't it. It corrects us when we cannot correct ourselves.
- My ability to tolerate shame, to compartmentalize it, to swallow it, increased right along with my belt size. it came with the territory of being heavy. Obese people have a lifetime of experience with shame.
