NSV @ 9 MOS. POST-OP; 162 LBS. DOWN!

Wifey was walking w/out me this a.m. - I was already on the golf course, walking 18 holes - as she passed a woman in our neighborhood whom she didn't know (except from seeing her in her  yard) the woman said, "Your husband is looking so good; how much weight has he lost?"  Wifey told her 160 lbs. and she said the woman looked physically shaken.  "Huh!?  Did you say 160 lbs.? Wow!"
Today is my 9 mo. "surgiversary" and I'm actually down 162 lbs. as of this a.m. - how about that, sports fans.  Much hard work, much attention to my eating regimen and sleevie in there to help remind me of what I'm supposed to do - EVERY DAY.  Lovin' Life and no longer livin' large.

Thank you so much for posting that! My starting weight is much higher than yours and I was concerned if I could lose that much weight as fast with a VSG vs. RNY.

That's beyond amazing! 

Wow!  That is an amazing weight loss.  I had my surgery on the 29th of November and people that haven't seen me for a while don't recognize me.  Great feeling.  Congrats to you for your hard work!
