Just bought a 30 pound bag of dog food
I carried the 30 pound bag from the store to the car and from the car to the house. I wouldn't have wanted to carry it for much further.
Wow, I used to carry two of these with me at all times. Amazing, isn't it?

I had a similar thought not too long ago. I bought 2 35 pound containers of cat food. I could barely get it from the shelf to the shopping cart. Then into the trunk. Then into the house. And to think I used to haul all that with me all the time.
Did you ever see Jimbo's photos about the water jugs? He had a stack of big water jugs that represented the weight he's lost. It was a good visual.
Good NSV for you!!

Way to go!
I had a similar revelation at about the same place in my journey, but I was relating to cat litter - realized I was down 2 of the 28 lb boxes. I'm now one pound from having put down 3 of those bags of dog food - can't imagine trying to carry 3 at once, but I was.
Keep up the good work!
