So I was on 2 meds for bp. Stopped 1 per docs orders at about 30lbs lost did fine.

now down 60lbs had been off 2nd for about 3 weeks but this week BP has been running high.

Could it be from the constant changes my body is going thru with the weight loss?

Go to my PCP but just looking for input to see if anyone else has had this issue.

I do watch my sodium, track food using MFP.com

I guess it wouldn't be surprising that it fluctuates some between the changes your body is going through along with whatever other stresses life puts on you. I'm off of two of the three BP meds I was on, and am on half dose of the last one and my BP moves around some when I check it periodically. Overall, my PCP would rather it be a little high during this transition phase than have it go too low. I guess it depends upon how high you are running, and how consistent it is.
