Water Intake

How much water is everyone drinking at one time? Can you stretch the pouch by drinking too much water at once? I am a bit confused

May be a dumb question, but just need some feedback

Not sure how much I drank in the beginning. what i did was have a timer.. I would take a sip or 2 then set the timer for 15 min, took another sip or 2, set the timer for 15 min, etc. Now I can drink at least 64 plus ozs a day, for some reason if Im at work I will usually drink more then that, no idea why..

Thanks I am 2 weeks out and they expect me to drink 64 oz of water a day, but I dont see that happening
