I'm just past the 4 month point, really starting to feel the progress. I feel so lucky to have lost this weight. That's not to say I haven't worked hard--I have--but I've worked hard before and haven't had this much success. Plus, I feel confident that I will keep going on my weight loss. I don't have any sense that my body is fighting me on this, THANK GOD. That's what makes me feel lucky. Look, my stripes aren't all strectched out! And doesn't my hair look better longer?
