Today is my birthday and I an 2 lbs away from losing 67 lbs which when I plotted according to book giving to me by the doc is right where I should be!!!

Loving my new life and body!!!! And getting to buy and wear smaller sizes!!!

Thanks for all the encouragement and love I have gotten from my OH family!!!

You are the greatest!!!!
