11 Pounds Since Surgery 9/1...

Well, I had the first of my Post-Op appointments and after one week I've dropped 11 pounds. Yes, yes...I know it will slow down. But I have NEVER ever lost 11 pounds in one week.
My recovery is still pretty non-eventful and all I'm concentrating on is protein and water....water and protein. Oh....and walking! 

I'm so happy....I'm sad, because I didn't do it sooner!
