I must say get some of the bariactric meal replacements and snacks at the doctor's office. 
They really helped me.  Chicken soup, whey protein drinks, bars, etc. Don't look back, just try to not do it again. After the surgery, it will get easier as your smaller stomach won't let you overeat!

I agree with everybody else - don't sweat it at all!  I only had to do the preop liquid diet for one week - 3 weeks is too long in my opinion.  What helped me was to get ALOT of protein in early in the morning & before bedtime.  I also ate sugar free popsicles & they were a life saver!  Best of luck to you - you will do fine!

Thanks so much everyone... tomorrow is a new day and I have 12 days left before surgery so will be doing a countdown to keep my sanity.
