My new favorite recipes!
I have a hard time eating bread, crackers, pasta, etc. so I have created these variations... Note, I don't count carbs, so I don't know how many carbs are in these offhand...
"Pizza"
- Arrange 1.5 ounces of turkey pepperoni in a "filled in" circle on microwave safe plate. Overlap them a little bit.
- Put 1/4 once of shredded low fat cheese on top of pepperoni's
- Heat in toaster oven until cheese is melted
"Spaghetti"
- 2 ounces lean turkey meatballs
- 1/4 cup marinara sauce (I like the extra chunky, healthy kind that has 90 calories per cup)
- 2 teaspoons light shreaded parmesian
- cook meatballs and heat sauce seperately in microwave
- combine all items together
