surgery date in profile

I might be a dummy- but hwo do you get your surgery date to show up under your profile picture?

Up top, click "MY OH" (Blue bar, white writing)

To the Left, click "My Journey" (2nd or 3rd from bottom tab)

Click "Edit"

Thanks, I was also wondering how to post the scale of your weight?

 Click "MY OH" (top blue bar with white text)

Click "Health Tracker" (Left side bar)

Enter current and goal weight under "Body" tab

Click "Tickers & Widgets" tab and pick the one you like best
