Well surgery is tomorrow, I just want to thank all of the OH family who have given great advice so far. I cant wait to join everyone on the looser bench. See you all on the other side.

Good for you..... What do yo have to do the day before surgery....... You know what are the guidelines..... and can u give some advise on what u ate to lose weight.... i am struggling ,,,,, need meal ideas,,,,,,, Please help..... and good luck tomorrow !!!
