bout to go puke....smoked a bunch of brisket this weekend for family and friends....2 bites is all i can do...just hangs in my throat....dinner was 3 bites tonight....bout to come back up....ok bout to run to the bathroom....wait....burped...wait no....you'd think I'd learn...

well by the time I made it to the toilet it went down....guess running helps food slide on down when it is stuck....lol...one of these days I'll just realize that I can't do brisket or ribs anymore and stop trying....but their just soooooooo dang delicious...

You have got to chew dense meat like that forever.  I'm not going to give it up but I surely have to take my time.  And when you chew so slowly you really do get more of the flavor.  Freeze some of the meat and try again later.

I am not big boned!  Bones don't jiggle!

At 15 months out I can eat both ribs and brisket but I definitely have to go really slowly and stop when I feel even the slightest feeling of being full.
