I went into Chico's yesterday.  My first visit ever.  They have strange sizing.  So the sales lady asked if I was familiar with the sizing and I, of course, said "no" because I'm just now starting to experience "normal" clothing stores.  She started to explain Chico's system--0, 1, 2, 3:  Zero being 4/6, 1 being 8/10, 2 being 12/14 etc. . .Then she says to me, "What size are you, an  8/10?"  I laughed and replied "I wish".  The store is outrageously expensive for clothes during the losing phase--but I bought an expensive outfit anyway--how could I not?  She thought I was an 8/10.  Flattery will get you a great sale everytime!!!!

FYI: I did buy a size 1 shirt and a size 2 pant.

I went in there the other day and bought a shirt.  I felt pretty good because it was a size 3.  I was happy that I could get anything in there!  I didn't know the sizing system, but now I don't feel so great that I know a size 3 is equal to a 16+.  I'm sure they run small!!

Please don't feel bad!!!! Their clothes definitely run differently than regular sized clothing!  We're shopping at Chico's WHOOOHOOO! Plus you are very tall--I'm short.  Clothes and sizes will vary!!
