1 Month Update (pics included)

Yesterday marked one month since my surgery.  I decided to wait until today to post, as Sunday is my measuring and weigh in day.  Here are the highlights of my journey thus far:

Weight loss since 6 month preop diet:  63.4 lbs
Weight loss since surgery:  27.4 lbs
Inches lost from waist since surgery:  5
Total inches lost since surgery: 13.25
Energy gained:  A TON! 

This has truly been an amazing journey so far.  I know that we say this over and over, but my only regret is waiting this long to have surgery.  Thanks to all of you for your support, advice, and encouragement!

I can for sure tell in your neck and sorry to say, your boobs =( Looking really good girl!! Keep it up and i love your hair!

Thanks!  I can definitely tell a difference in my chest... but I don't mind.  It's actually easier to get them to stay put now :)  There are more pics on my profile if ya wanna see those. 

Looks like you are doing great, bring on month 2!!

You are smart to take monthly pictures, keep it up...you will really enjoy having them to look back on.

Thanks so much!  It is certainly encouraging to hear that from someone who has done as well as you have.  My surgeon actually recommends monthly photos so that you can start to wrap your head around your changes and to help you SEE the changes.

 Congratulations on your accomplishment! I have my surgery December 8th and cannot wait. I, too, like that you are taking monthly pictures. Think I will do the same as well. Look forward to getting to know everyone more and making some friends as I start the journey with the rest of you. Keep up the nice work!
