Dehydration

 Hey Pam    Im still really bad for drinking enough water which is why Im dizzy so much but I remember the first couple weeks were really hard as I couldnt drink hardly anything. Ice chips helped as they made me think I was eating something .I found room temp water sat better with me.      Hang in there !it does get better.      Biggie B Slim

I got really dizzy and I'm sure I would have fainted had I not laid down. I was really busy that day and did not drink hardly anything. I will not be making that mistake again.

 Besides all the really great ideas already shared, I'd also keep an eye on anything that could act as a diuretic.
