Yay for Value Village
My Value Village has everything sorted by category (long sleeve knits, short sleeve knits, blouses, sweaters, pants, skirts, etc), and then by size. I rarely make it through all the aisles before I know I already have enough stuff that I'm going to buy. There is rarely anything that is stained, though sometimes stuff does look kinda worn out. I just look for the good stuff (of which there is plenty)--sometimes with new tags on them.
And I miscounted! It was 4 pants, a skirt, and 6 tops for $60.
I think I've spent less on replacing a whole wardrobe than I would have spent on just regular shopping in the last 6 months.
Right after my surgery, my husband and I went to Value Village and I spent about $75 on clothing to shrink into. I recommend this, especially if you are good at "seeing" whether clothing is good for your body type.
