1 wk after initial dietitian appt..
Well I have exciting news.. when I weighed in for my initial appt about 1 month ago tomorrow I was 427 which was already 6 pounds down from my highest weight of 433. Ok so on my scale at home my highest was 433 and today I weighed in at 411.2..... YAH the dietitians plan is working and I will be super excited if I can lose 50 pounds by Christmas. My new life has begun and I haven't even had surgery yet. 22 pounds down and tons more to go but I am on my way. I need to start exercising now. 3-5 times a week for 30 mins.. Now to have motivation enough to do that..
Heighest weight: 433.5, Pre surgery weight 383.5
Kepp up the awesome work! I lost 23lbs 50 days before my surgery buy watching what I eat and drink and walking 3-4 days a week for 30-40 minutes.
My suregry was November 2nd. I lost 2 lbs in the hospital. No scale at home so will have to wait until next Monday to get weighed at my follow up appointment.
Biggest I was 283 (in 2009) and lost the weight my self with diet pills and changing eating habits.Started at 248, weight before surgery 225, 2 days after surgery I was 223
