support group

Umm what do you do If you do not have a support group to go to around your area?  There is not a support group near me for about 100 miles. Should I just do an oline support group?

I am lucky my surgeon's office offers a support group once a month led by the NUT. It would be hard going through this process without knowing some other people doing the same. I hope you find some kind of group...if online is the only way, at least it is some feedback.
