Water, water everywhere

So I gave up diet coke on Nov 1st and started drinking water instead - I only drank one or two a day but it was pretty much everyday so it was hard but now I find that I drink a lot of water - at least 64 oz and sometimes over 100 if you count crystal light. So has anyone else had this happen to them?

TIA

Nothing wrong with 100oz of water (plain water or crystal light) per day.  Congratulations on your surgery....best thing I ever did for myself.

I love water...Just plain water.. I am so happy that I can still drink nice plain water.
Some people have said they can't drink it plain after surgery..

I use to down 2 or 3 20 ounce diet pepsis a day without a thought to it.  Now I might have a drink one or two times a week...no more bottles or cups of pop at all.  I enjoy the fizz and bite so still take a swig once in a blue moon.

Before I quit drinking the pop, I didn't like water, now I actually like ice cold water.  I always have a glass with me.  If we are going some place I grab a bottle to take with me.  I drink a minimum of 70 ounces a day and normally much much more than that.

Nothing wrong with water at all, enjoy.  The other benefit I've noticed is my nails, skin and hair are all benefiting from the no more pop health side of the change too.
