Couch to 5K Week 1 Complete
This morning I completed Week 1 of Couch to 5K and I am just so proud of myself. I've been looking for ways to stay motivated to workout and this has helped out tremendously this week. I'm actually excited to see what next week holds. I'm trying not to look forward week to week and just use the C25K app to tell me when to start running and walking :)
