Insurance & Pre-Op Update
Saw the surgeon yesterday. all looks good. Still waiting on the H-Pylori and biopsy reports. (EGD Monday 11/21)
Had Insurance coordinator call Cigna to see if paperwork was received.
WOO HOO they have received it and the IC was told 5 days to review.
Should hopefully know something Monday or Tuesday next week.
Surgery is scheduled for 12/5 so crossed fingers.
I am on day 3 of the Pre-Op Diet. So far only 2-3 protein shakes a day, 2 liters of water a banana and an apple (one a day fruit but per my instructions I can have 2).
If anyone is interested I found Muscle Milk Light in the flavor CAFE LATTE. OMG it is soooo delish!
Anyway all is going good. I am fighting the hunger pains but I think they are more head then anything.

sorry just now getting back to you. I found it at a local Gas Station called QuikTrip (only Kansas, Missouri, & Texas) I also found it at Hy-Vee Grocery Store.
