3 months out..before and after pics

I do not have many photos of myself before my surgery..I HATED taking pics. I manage to find one...even though its not  a full body shot..but hopefully you can see the difference. Im 3 months out and 56 pounds down so far!

I have no clue what Im doing wrong..if anyone can tell me Id appreciate it. I copied and pasted and even made them smaller.

First and foremost, I am technologically challenged. Having said that, here's what I do...
I upload the picture to my laptop, then I create an album under Photos in my OH Account. I then upload the pics from my laptop to the album I created by Browsing. I open a 2nd explorer window with OH open to my account and the album. I then right-click on the photo in the album in the that Explorer window and then paste it to the message I created in the other explorer window. I have no idea if there is a less complicated way of doing it, but that has worked for me so far... good luck!
