Well I was down 21.4 lbs just hit my stall and gained 2lbs. Ain't that a bummer!! Drinking all my water maybe I need to drink more.. I'm on soft foods and some solids. Calories have been between 400-600.. Adding some workouts this week.. I love the sleeve much better then the 4years of suffering. Just have to find my full point. That has been the hardest. So any advice is welcomed

Our bodies do what they want to do....I have never lost weight in a nice, even way.....it was 6 lbs one week, nothing for a week, 2 lbs one week, then up 1 lb the next week, etc....I never really count them as stalls....since I would think a real stall or plateau would be no loss for several weeks in a row...

If you are following the plan, there is nothing to worry about, your body will adjust and the weight loss will resume...so hang in there and don't get too obsessed with the scale.. (I know it's hard...I try not to weigh more than once a week)

As far as advice goes....don't try to find the full point.....just measure out your portions and go very slow....no more than a bite or two at your stage of solid/soft (I measured out 2 ounces early on, now I measure out 4 ounces)....wait 3 hours and repeat the process.....sipping water in between as much as possible.

This was really good advice!  I am getting ready to start soft foods (hopefully tomorrow!) and really needed to read this!
