1st day back to work, 7 days post-op

I went back to work today, and it went really well!  I had some apple sauce from home and a protein shake, along with some soup I added protein powder to.  No hunger, had plenty of energy and I'm not even missing my coffee habit.  YAY!

So glad work went well.  I will be heading back a week from tomorrow so I'm glad the transition went well. And to know it can be done.  LOL

I just went back today too! I has sugery wednesday 11/30. I felt GREAT! I got MOST of my water in for the day. Wasnt hungry at all! And I walked on my 30min lunch and my 2 15 minute breaks! It is great to get back to work!
