So I'm down over 60 lbs and I am thriled about that but now I'm having a problem finding any shirts that fit me. I'm in a 18 - 20 from a 28 - 30 but the arms are too small. I know I will have to have plastics on my arms after I reach goal but what do I do in the meantime?
Do not ask God to guide your footsteps if you're not willing to move your feet.

I have the exact same problem.. except I have ALWAYS had that problem.. Thanks to my g'mother.....I inherited the big arm problem from her!!

I have always had to buy tops too big for my body just to fit my arms.... I have always had to have them altered.  You may have to do the same thing until you loose more weight in your arms.. and you may be stuck with alterations until you have surgery.

If  anyone else has a better idea, I will be happy to hear it!

You might see if you can try one of these type products, basically spanx for the arms.
