Hang in there.  It gets easier (it's been just a little over ayear for me) and eventually you can eat "real food" again.  I still like my shakes, and continue to drink them for the protein.

If you're trying to decide whether to do this - go for it!

If you're trying to get thru the first couple of weeks - hand in there!

I love it. Thank you :) I have a lot to lose and I'm in my first couple of weeks and it's a struggle even though I have no regrets at all! Your progress is amazing and I'm sure you're feeling awesome :) Great job!

Yes, there's life beyond purees!  LOL!  I also still like my (semi-puree) mix of fat free refried beans, canned chicken, and low fat cheese.  I always mix up a big batch and then freeze in 1/4 cup tupperware containers.  Always have something to microwave for lunch, ready to toss in my bag and on weekends, keeps me from temptation.

Good luck on your journey - I wish you the best and the kind of success you dream about!
