Week 7
This is week 7 and I am finally adapting to my new life. I have lost 37 lbs. I am no longer having the mental urge to eat. I have stoppedd over eating and only seem to when I am actually hunger. I am no longer telling people to get out of my office with carbs or candy..I hardly even notice. I can turn down a piece of cake and not feel like I have to eat it. I don't eat a whole lot...a protein shake, yogurt, cheese and maybe beans for dinner. I have almost become a vegetarian lol. Thankfully the depression has also passed. I am looking forward to being a skinny ***** in 2012!!!
Congratulations MsLove01! Fantastic news indeed. What is your daily calorie range if you don't mind me asking? You are doing so well, so just would love to know!
