A birthday on yesterday
My birthday was yesterday and I am just ecstatic about my new sleeve. I am really trying to stay focused and motivated. I want to be able to say next year on this date that I have met my goal(80lbs lost) and am in shape. Can anyone give me some motivation and good eating habits to follow? I am excited about this journey. Ive lost 28 lbs so far .
Happy Birthday! Try to keep your protein @ 60-80 grams a day, at least 64oz fluids and carbs under 40 grams and add some exercise to the mix and you will be at goal before the year (or even by this fall) is over for sure! I am a slow and steady loser and hope to lose at least 10lbs by my February 29th birthday.
