I lost 25lbs pretty quickly the first two weeks, now nothing!!   I suppose this is the three week stall?
Just how long does this last?   Is there anything more than 64oz water, 70 grams of protein and doing moderate exercise that will help?   Oh also, I read on here that fish oil helps, so I'm doing 4,000 mg of those to try to move this stall along.  So discouraging to have this happen so early out of surgery!

Stay on Plan. You are doing fantastic. If you can drink more water I found it to help.
Sometimes the body needs to take a "breath". Are you starving me? I better hold on to some of this weight, he/she may need it.
Hang in there this will pass!!

I had my first stall at 4.5 weeks and it lasted for about three weeks, pay attention to inches during the stalls. I am now in the three month stall at almost four months out and it hasn't moved in two weeks. I did read the fish oil post and brought some today but yet to take any but will before I go to bed. Also started a gym to see if that will get things moving but nothing yet. It is frustrating to watch the scale when this happens, but it seems to happen to the majority of us .
