ONE YEAR TODAY
Happy surgiversary! How awesome!!!! As a woman in her 50's, working in human services, along with having a 13 yr old and a 6 yr old, I can totally relate. It is not about being model thin, but about being healthy and living life to its fullest. It is also not about how quickly or slowly we lose the weight, it's about having the tool, along with lots of hard work on our parts, to sustain the loss. You are an inspiration to all of us!
