Calories in / Calories Burned

So if I only took in 650 calories today and burned approx. 350 on the treadmill (not to mention various other activities today....housework n' such) does this mean I should eat a little more? Just doesnt seem like enough to live healthy on.

 I wouldn't- you worked hard to maximize the calorie deficit :)  Just make sure you take your supplements.  I have been doing that  for a while and all of my labs are coming back perfect.

Not really. That is the general idea. You want to *force* your body to burn all your stored fat to :live healthy",right? that is what the stored fat is actually for so you have to make your body utilize it.
