I finally did it!!!!!!!!!! I reached my goal!!!!!

I just wanted to share with everyone I finally reached my goal weight that I set for myself before I had surgery! As of today I am 150lbs!!!!

Now Im trying to decide if this is good enough or should I try to make it to 140......

That's great!!! You may be surprised at your body, my experience was my body found it's own goal. I started out with a goal of 135-140 but my body has decided 123-130 is where it wants to be.

Work with your tool and it will work for you!
