Finally 101 lbs lost

After almost a month of stall (mom died unexpectedly and have been totally stressed with arrangements, etc.), however I had no weight gain and have finally have reached 101 lbs lost.  I can't tell you how excited I am.  I am currently on a business trip and fit comfortably in airline seat - still need an extender, but not for much longer.  This is the best thing I have ever done for myself.  I feel fabulous, knees don't hurt me on a daily basis anymore, and I can walk for long periods of time.  Happy Dance for ME!!!!!!!

I went threw Hurley Bariatric Center with Dr. Kirk Kroulovich..spelling is probably wayyy off   Where did you go?

 You should be so proud of yourself, even in one of the most stressful times, you have stuck with your healtheir lifestyle. So sorry for your loss, by the way. Moms are very special people.
