Pre op diet

 How much trouble did everyone have sticking to the pre op diet?  I am having a heck of a time!!

I start mine next week. I hope I don't have problems. Wish you luck it's hard just thinking about it.

I am finishing day 3 and the biggest problem I have is the headaches and being around ppl who are eating tasty things lol oh and im getting tired of these broths and protein drink i need some excitement lol ughhhh

Hey! How far along are you?? What doctor did u pick to do your surgery?

 I'm military so I didn't have a choice if I wanted a VSG.  I got to Bethesda on Monday, report at 0530 and surgery at 0730, first one of the day.  I'm starting to get the jitters.

Omg how exciting!! Jitters im sure is natural but you will be fine so u pretty much made it through your liquid diet!! Lucky u i have until march 28th (surgery date)

 Exciting!!  I have done ok the last couple of days. I don't have a surgery date yet though so I keep thinking how long am I going to have to do this??  I DO get to eat one meal a day but it has to be low carb and low fat.   Other than that it is protein shakes and sugar free jello and crystal light!  Lol
