Welcome. No regrets here! I've lost 160 lbs as of this morning.
I'm glad you're getting back to exercising, since it's really important to good health. But please bear in mind that at least 80% of weight loss is what you eat and drink, rather than any exercise plan. Please look at that closely as you're trying to keep moving!

I am almost a year out and love my sleeve! I don't feel like I have hit my personal goal, but have exceded the goal my surgeon gave me. I have been plateued for the last 2 months or so. I workout 6 days a week, and feel stronger than I ever have before. I consider myself at a temporary "goal #1" I know what I need to get losing again, eat less, but I just don't want to right now
Having abdominoplasty the beginning of May, so that will get off a few more pounds. All in all, loving the sleeved life.

Hello! I'm an April Anniversary too.
21st of April 2010 was my surgery, so this April will be two years. Currently sitting at 114kgs (252lbs), aiming for 99kgs (218lbs). To date I've lost 47.3kgs (105lbs) and am thrilled, even if it has taken me two years. I may be a slow loser but at least I'm a loser!

April 29 is my surgiversary, and I have no regrets. I'm under my doctors's goal, and no longer overweight. My weightloss so tapering off, but I'd like to lose another 10 lbs or so. I go to the gym usually 6 days a week, for 1-2 hours, and keep my calories between 1000 & 1200 most days.
I still mourn food- pretty much every time I go grocery shopping, but i don't let it mess with me.
