One day out of hospital and I feel great

I had the VSG on Wednesday. I was pretty much out of it on Thursday although I made sure to get up and walk around as much as possible. The morphene meant no pain but I was barely awake to see all of my visitors. I was discharged yesterday and today I am feeling great. I have been carrying on with the walking and I have been sipping a lot. I have strated eating simple liquidized yoghurts and soups. Gotta be careful not to gulp like I used to eat. Bad habits are hard to change and will take time
Thanks for all the help before and I welcome you to my blog where I keep an updated progress report.

What I really wanted to know is that does anyone have an acute sense of smell since the OP?

Your positive status is wonderful to read! Regarding the acute smell--anesthesia does strange things to many people, perhaps that is the cause?
