I'm getting prepared for the sleeve and going to buy a new scale.....I've heard the Biggest Loser scale is good.....recommendations anyone?

Thanks!

I got an Eat Smart scale off Amazon and it has been great.

The most important thing is where you put the scale. Most folks don't realize it, but our floors are not necessarily completely flat. Find a place on a solid surface (not carpet) where you can put the scale and where it's solid and flat - you shouldn't be able to push down on any corner and have it tilt at all. If it's not flat like that, the weight results will vary depending on exactly how you step on the scale.

Way in the same exact place, the same time of day and in the same general clothes (I opt for none) every time.

Highest weight: 335 lbs, BMI 50.9
Pre-op weight: 319 lbs, BMI 48.5
Current range: 140-144, BMI 21.3 - 22

175+ lbs lost, maintaining since February 2012
