update with pic

I haven't been posting lately but I do get on here and read other post. In the beginning, I loved seeing people post their after pictures. It was so inspirational so that's what this is really about.
It's been almost 8 months since surgery. I have, as of today, lost 130 lbs and my BMI hit 29.9! I only have 29lbs to go until I hit my pre plastics goal of 140. It is very exciting and I just wanted to share.

So to all you newbies out there, just hang in there, excercise, and follow the rules your doctor gives you. It can be frustrating at times but if you work your sleeve, you will not be sorry!
