Hey Everyone,

Haven't been on this board in a very long time. Just wanted to drop by and give some encouragement. While still a "newb" myself (17 months) VSG has given me "new" life. Just remember, it's only a tool and Protein first (This is my mantra). I haven't been able to wear this in 25 years. Don't know why I'm "squinting". lol. I look really tired.
