Are they sedating you? They put me under so I don't remember anything. Worse part was having to wait an hour after waking up to go home because I have a CPAP>
Um, Good grief I sure hope so. Geez, they do that without sedation? That thought makes my skin crawl. I saw a youtube video of a girl who was hilariously loopy for a good while after her procedure. Were you like that?
Very easy as medical procedures go. I had a "twilight" type drug. I guess sort of half awake, half asleep, but I don't remember any part of it. And it doesn't take very long. Nothing to worry about ... Now the actual wls ... Scared to death!
The endoscopy is a piece of cake. I've had two. I was so worried the first time that it would be unpleasant. It is not. It's over before you know it. The drugs they give you make you unaware of the procedure. You'll be fine!
I just had mine about a month ago. Was knocked out completely. Last thing I remember is the doc nodding to the nurse to hit me with the meds...then I woke up and didn't feel a thing. We went to Great wolf lodge less than 2 hours after that.
