exercise!! exercise!!

 heyy guys,

 Ive heard a lot of different stories about exercising and the extra skin.Ive lost 85 pounds and already have pretty bad arms and im starting to notice my stomach too.  Im just wondering if it actually helps. i would really apreciate hearing about your experiences. thank you in advance for your help =)

 Sorry to say that it really won't help much. You can add muscle, but excess skin won't disappear due to exercise. The loose skin and wrinkles suck but it is still worth it!!!

I'd like to believe core exercises are helping the middle of my stomach.  I'm sure I'll still get some flappity flaps but I'd like to think not quite as bad as if I did nothing.  I'm going with that anyway.
