So I take of bite of something, let's just say it wasn't the best choice of foods, and a piping hot piece lands on my lip and burns the crap out of it.  I am now sporting a blistered lip, talk about karma!  HAHA

Sounds like pizza......I used to always burn myself with the sauce like that.

In fact doggz it was pizza.  I am 90-95% on plan and the rest I eat kind of whatever sounds good.  It's what works for me, but I guess I shouldn't have had it that day!
