This morning I had my 3 week follow up appt with my surgeon. Actually tomorrow is exactly 3 weeks so today is 20 days. I lost 28 pounds. How am I doing?

Much better than me. At 4 weeks I was only at 17 lbs down and today - 7 weeks out I am only at 25.8 lbs down. You lost more in 3 weeks than I have in 7 so I would say you are doing awesome!
