What is the calorie range you target?  I generally stay between 600-800 calories per day.  I am almost 3 months out.

losing phase was 600-800 calories, but I stayed under 600 for the first 3-4 months, gradually working up to 800.  Now in maintenance, 1200-1800 but it should be different for everybody depending on how many calories they need to maintain.

My surgeons plan has me eating up to 800 but both Dr and dietian said staying between 600 and 800 is good. Most days I don't get to 800.

On the days I work out my NUT wants 800-1000 and on the days I dont work out she wants the typical 600-800

There is only one success--to be able to spend your life in your own way.

Each person can be significantly different.  I recommned working with your nutritionist.  I was arouond 600 and she said I was not eating enough, which is why my weight loss was so slow.  She had me bump it up to 1000 (with 100 g carbs and 25 fiber).  I am going to trust her and see how it goes for one month.  I will say it broke my stall and I lost 3.8 this past week.  But like I said, I highly recommend working with a nutritionist that is trained to help with this sort of thing.  There are a lot of good vets on this site as well that can say what worked for them.  It is all a guessing game until you find what works best for you.
